​Health & Safety Policy

For anybody with physical disability or undergoing medical treatment. Per the TERMS AND CONDITIONS document, the CHARTERER warrants the medical fitness of all members of the CHARTERER’s party for the voyage Each vessel is certified by the Hellenic Shipping Registry and the Hellenic Coast Guard and equipped with the latest safety equipment including plotting systems and GPS, life jackets for everyone on-board, life raft or floating raft according to authorities, VHF radio, hand held white flares, distress flares, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, life ring, spare fuel, pump and puncture repair kit, in order to deal with emergencies and ensure communication with other vessels and the Hellenic Coastguard at all times. 

 

The CHARTERER shall not at any time during the Charter Period permit more than the Maximum Number of Guests Sleeping or Cruising on Board here in stated. As an exception at the sole discretion of the Captain, a reasonable number of visitors could be on Board whilst the YACHT is securely moored in port.

 

If children are taken on board, the CHARTERER shall be fully responsible for their safety, conduct and entertainment and no member of the crew shall be held responsible for their conduct or entertainment. 

The nature of a yacht charter may render it unsuitable contemplated by the charter agreement. The CHARTERER and his party undertake to have all necessary visas and vaccinations for the countries to be visited.
